Karahi Gosht Or Goat/ Mutton Karahi
A popular Classic dish @ Pakistani Indian restaurants
But nothing like homemade.
It is also known as Karahi gosht, and It is a dish of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region in Pakistan.
Historically speaking, lamb and goat meat (mutton) has always favored South Asia, Middle East, Central Asia, India
and the Mediterra nean region.
Ingredients;
Water 3.5 cups
One medium red and white onion roughly chopped
Ginger & garlic paste one tablespoon each
Any type whole green chilies 4–5
( Optional omit them to make it less spicy)
Salt 1 teaspoon
Spanish sweet paprika one tablespoon
Mace (javitri flakes) a couple
Tomatoes 5 to 8
Tomato paste two teaspoons
Greek yogurt 1 cup
Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil 1/2 cup
